  • Credit Card Information (Name, Expiration Date, CC Number, Security Code)

Note: Business Name, Location, Job Opening information, phone numbers and email addresses may be shared to potential employees that will be looking for your position type. All credit card information remains private to any party except the administrators of DentLine, LLC on for purposes of completing transactions for payment of services. Employer information will not be accessed by or disclosed to any public member of the DentLine, LLC website unless personally authorized by that individual employer in hopes to gain a potential new patient or answer a dental question. It is suggested that only a name, phone number and/or email address be shared to the public.

  • Employment information (Complete resume information)

NOTE: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Resume information may be provided to potential employers in which each applicant shared upon completion of a resume to be available for job openings posted on DentLine, LLC website. Personal addresses will not be disclosed to potential employers. Employee information will not be accessed by or disclosed to the public members of the DentLine, LLC website unless personally authorized by that individual employee member of DentLine in hopes to provide an answer to their dental question. It is suggested that only a name, phone number and/or email address be shared to the public.

From the Public:

Those asking a dental question to our dental professionals are not required to give personal information if they desire to post anonymously. If they so choose, any public member can provide the following:

  • First and/or Last Name or Initial
  • Phone Number to be contacted by a dentist
  • Email address to be contacted by a dentist.

Terms and Conditions for posting a dental question

IMPORTANT: All dental questions and answers are screened regularly for accuracy. DentLine, LLC and all of its members including any Dentist and dental professionals are only providing suggestions as to how to care for your oral health without a physical or visual examination. We are not responsible for any problem that may worsen based on our ability to only provide answers without visual examination. DentLine, LLC and all of its members including any Dentist and dental professionals highly recommend that each member of the public that posts a question see a dentist in your area as soon as possible. We do provide a link for you to “Find a Dentist” to get complete care physically.

All information gathered on this website is private unless otherwise permission is asked and given to release to clients of DentLine, LLC. Clients include any potential employer from whom which any individual may be seeking employment. No information will be sold to third-party solicitors.

We collect the email addresses of our clients and staff members that create an account on this Website. You may be contacted by email for any promotions, updates and news that DentLine may share with its members.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds. All services are paid for in U.S. dollars.

We also aggregate information to show user activity as a whole. This information cannot be used to identify individuals. This information is used solely to improve our services for our members.

Any member receiving information from DentLine, LLC whether individually or collectively can opt out at anytime. All communications are optional and DentLine, LLC does provide a means to unsubscribe from our emails and notifications.
