About DentLineDentLine, LLC is a web-based dental staffing company with services for the general public as well as dental professionals. Company founder Jaime Swango started the company for several reasons. She noticed, as a hygienist, many dentists had nowhere to turn when trying to find quality workers without excessive fees of temporary agencies. Plus, with soaring ad costs for print advertisements, finding workers was becoming a major investment. In addition, as a hygienist, people continually posed questions to her about their teeth. She decided that a site, which served everyone — dentists, dental workers and patients — was long overdue and she opened DentLine to serve all three markets. At the moment DentLine services counties in Indiana, but in the future they will be expanding to other areas of the country. Since DentLine is more like a social network than a traditional staffing company, there are no hourly fees or placement fees for finding quality employees. You only pay the membership fee. Primary Yearly Plan — $1495 per year With the yearly plan you can literally do it all: advertise unlimited job postings, search unlimited resumes for the positions listed and be found in the “Find a Dentist” search to advertise your dental practice to the public. Start Your Search NOTE: The yearly plan is required for Corporations with multiple offices (up to four (4)), as well as Schools, Staffing and Employment Agencies, Clinics and Dental Corporations with multiple clients.
